About OCD Oregon
OCD Oregon
is an affiliate of the International OCD Foundation. Established in January, 2017, OCD Oregon was created to increase awareness, education, and provide resources to those who live with OCD.
As an affiliate of IOCDF, OCD Oregon promotes inclusiveness among those with OCD and their family members. The board of directors is made up of individuals who have lived with OCD, expert clinicians in Oregon, and other mental health professionals.

Keegan Baurer, LPC
Keegan Baurer is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Director of Clinical Services at Collective Care Clinic. He holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychological Sciences from the Pacific University School of Graduate Psychology. He has several years of experience in treating OCD and anxiety-related disorders at the outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization levels of care.
Keegan utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to assist clients in creating meaningful change within their lives. His interpersonal style has been described by patients as warm, collaborative, and genuine. Keegan’s approach to therapy is to meet patients where they are at in their change process and provide them with the support needed to live in alignment with their goals and values.

Dr. Hayley Dauterman, PhD
Dr. Hayley Dauterman, PhD is a child psychologist and the Director of Clinical Training and Programing at NW Anxiety Institute in Portland, Oregon. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of pediatric OCD and anxiety disorders and particularly enjoys working with parents to support their child’s progress in ERP treatment. Dr. Dauterman is a regular attendee and speaker at IOCDF conferences and events, and she particularly loves sharing ERP strategies with other providers and individuals experiencing OCD.

Bri Von Fischer
Bri was diagnosed with OCD at the age of 29 after living with symptoms most of her life. Bri joined OCD Oregon in 2024 to help spread awareness about OCD symptoms after recognizing how impactful an accurate diagnosis is for both treatment and overall quality of life. Bri is a clinical researcher studying ways in which physical and mental wellness can be increased for underserved populations. In her free time, Bri likes to read and spend time outdoors with her family.

Dr. Elena Tessler Kloer, PsyD
Dr. Elena Tessler Kloer, PsyD is a Licensed Psychologist at Collective Care Clinic. She specializes in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Her therapeutic approach integrates ERP, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed, culturally responsive principles. Dr. Kloer earned her doctorate in Psychology from Pacific University in Hillsboro, OR, and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the VA Portland Health Care System in Portland, OR, in Primary Care Mental Health Integration.

Josh Lucas
Josh is a fellow OCD sufferer/advocate who joined OCD Oregon to share his story and provide hope to others who may struggle with violent, sexual, or taboo intrusive thoughts. Josh has been in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy for a number of years, and has seen firsthand, the benefits of living with uncertainty and leaning into anxiety. Josh works for the State of Oregon as a Well Inspector. In his free time, Josh likes to collect vintage Star Wars action figures and dabbles in a variety of woodworking.

Kevin Menasco, LCSW
Kevin Menasco is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of White Mountain Counseling in Portland, Oregon. He specializes in evidence-based treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders. His practice has a focus on children, adolescents, and their families. Kevin has presented at national conferences and events including IOCDF and is passionate about training clients as well as providers about effective treatment for OCD and related disorders.

Dannah Lougen, MA, LPC
Dannah Lougen is a Licensed Professional Counselor and board member who serves as a provider at Northwest Anxiety Institute (NWAI), where she specializes in the treatment of anxiety and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. She works with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults, and is passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate care. Dannah has presented at the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and is deeply committed to advocacy for the OCD community, focusing on increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and improving access to high-quality, specialized care.

Alexia Spanos, PhD
Dr. Alexia Spanos specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, and trauma for adolescents and adults. Dr. Spanos primarily utilizes Exposure Therapy for these diagnoses. She also specializes in the treatment of eating disorders across the lifespan. Dr. Spanos obtained her PhD in clinical psychology from Michigan State University and completed her pre-doctoral internship at McLean Hospital/A Harvard Medical School Affiliate. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Evidence-Based Treatment Centers of Seattle (EBTCS) where she completed dual training through the Anxiety Center and the Eating Disorders Center. Before moving to Central Oregon in 2020 to start her private practice, Dr. Spanos was a staff psychologist, Director of Training and Co-Director of the Eating Disorders Center at EBTCS between 2014-2020. Dr. Spanos has also received additional training in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for Eating Disorders through the Training Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders and is the only FBT-certified provider in Oregon, and in the treatment of OCD and related disorders through the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).

Elaina Atwell-Furrow, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Elaina is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), where she also began her clinical work in the OHSU OCD Clinic. She later founded Atwell Mental Health, a private practice in Keizer, Oregon, where she provides evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management for OCD and anxiety disorders. Elaina is dedicated to helping individuals understand their symptoms, and restore a sense of autonomy, and confidence in their lives.

Aravind Arunachalam, QMHA
Aravind is a clinical psychology student in the Applied Clinical Psychology Master’s program at Pacific University. He is currently a student clinician at Collective Care Clinic, working under the supervision of Keegan Baurer, LPC. Aravind has a genuine passion in mental health education and advocacy. He hopes to contribute to expanding awareness, reducing stigma, and providing more resources for individuals living with OCD and anxiety. One of his long-term goals is to create culturally informed mental health education and outreach in India, where greater knowledge and understanding of these conditions can make a meaningful difference.

Dr. Jill Davidson, PsyD
A founding board member for OCD Oregon. An expert in the treatment of anxiety and related disorders. Her practice is focused on providing effective and long-lasting treatment using the latest Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions.
Each course of therapy is tailored to the individual patient. She has an empathetic, collaborative style to create an environment of hope and possibility. Dr. Davidson works with children, adolescents, and adults. A unique component of her practice is her willingness to work in the community and make home visits when clinically appropriate.
In addition to providing psychotherapy, Dr. Davidson provides comprehensive assessment of neurodevelopmental disorders, including ADHD and learning disability evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. She has facilitated in-service trainings on OCD and related disorders at various counseling centers and conferences, provides training and supervision to graduate students in psychology, as well as to medical residents in psychiatry. She has multiple national and international publications and presentations on related topics.
Adam Brown
A founding board member and former President and Treasurer for OCD Oregon. Adam has a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and has worked in various capacities in the public sector, including finance, and as health insurance coverage expert in the private sector.
Given the challenges OCD sufferers often face in getting insurance coverage for the care they need, Adam hopes to use his knowledge of the industry to help local families navigate coverage requirements and hold their insurance providers accountable. In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and getting outdoors.
Sarah Lemley, MPA; HA
Sarah Lemley is the executive director and co-founder of the Northwest PANDAS/PANS network.
Sarah Lemley lives in Portland Oregon. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration; Health Administration and is the co-founder and executive director of the Northwest PANDAS/PANS Network. In her role as ED for NWPPN, she has hosted the first Northwest PANDAS/PANS Provider roundtable, coordinated five Grand Rounds, introduced and passed legislation in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, coordinated 4 Awareness Day Walks and supported over 1,000 families in the Northwest. Prior to her work establishing NWPPN, she worked extensively in the healthcare industry. Her work experience includes healthcare administration, health insurance administration and renewal, social work and advocacy. She received her graduate degree in Public Administration, Health Administration from Portland State University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon. She is a lifelong advocate with many years serving victims of rape and domestic violence with the District Attorney’s office in Multnomah, Clackamas and Lane counties. This past state election, she was elected to be a precinct committee person for Oregon District 35.
Dr. Brad Schultz, PsyD
Brad Schultz, PsyD is the Director of Operations at Collective Care Clinic. He specializes in the treatment of OCD and anxiety-related disorders using up-to-date evidence-based treatment modalities. Dr. Schultz is passionate about helping clients facilitate opportunities for growth, understanding, and new perspectives by utilizing a blend of evidence-based treatments. He serves on the International OCD Foundation’s local affiliate board in Oregon, OCD Oregon. Dr. Schultz earned his doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyD) from Pacific University in Hillsboro, OR, and completed his post-doctoral residency at Collective Care Clinic in Portland, OR.
Dr. Molly Goddard, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Molly Goddard is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the psychiatric care of children, adolescents, and their families. Molly has a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, a Masters degree in both Psychiatric Nursing and Conflict Resolution, and holds undergraduate degrees in Nursing and Italian.
Molly has a private practice in SW Portland where she provides psychotherapy and medication management two days a week and spends one day a week at Columbia County’s Child and Family Services Department offering medication management services. In addition, Molly is an Assistant Professor at OHSU School of Nursing for the PMHNP Program where she teaches the child and family related content. She finds her true passion lies in teaching future mental health providers with a goal of instilling in them a sense of respect and awe for the amazing resilience of the families they will see in practice. In her free time, Molly enjoys traveling with her family and engaging her children in any possible activity that keeps them away from screens — currently she is attempting to pass on her love of tent camping to her children.
Danielle Lieb-Foley, MA, MFT, ATR
A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she is an OCD/Anxiety specialist working in Private Practice for close to 20 years. Danielle is an actively engaged OCD advocate, committed to raising awareness about appropriate evidence-based treatments, breaking down stereotypes, and building community.
Outside of her Private Practice, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters. She is also an avid exerciser, finding movement a powerful outlet physically and more importantly mentally.
